resin tennis court, the surface of which are smooth with high hardness as well
as function of skid resistance, and the bounce of the ball is very regular,
being conducive to a high-level match. It is easy to cause injury of knee joint,
ankle joint because of the hard surface of the court. Tennis coach suggests
that when doing exercises: choose a pair of shoes suitable for the hard court,
do at least 10 minutes’ warm-up exercises before playing, in the course of
play, buffer against and reduce the ground reaction force by adjusting the
angles of knee bending, when running, the focus shall fall on the front part of
the foot to make the whole body more flexible, and try to lower the center of
gravity as far as possible when moving towards both sides in order to prevent the
joints from injury.
Winter
is the season in which the sports injury happens very often, the tennis coach
would like to remind you, whether it is indoor or outdoor to play a ball game,
do a good job in the warm-up, do exercise from slow to fast; it will increase
the body burden to play outdoor in Winter, so playing time shall be between
10:00 am and 15:00 pm when it is much warmer. Once it rains or snows, the
outdoor stadium is closed, in order to avoid damage to the body, please do not
play outdoor tennis when the weather is bad.
