—The 3rd Dalian Running & Riding Challenge Will Start Soon

       The 3rd Dalian Running & Riding Challenge will start in Dalian Sports Center on May 26. Running & Riding Challenge that has been held successfully twice has filled in the gap of such event in Northeast China. The 3rd Challenge will still be held in the Sports Center this year. This event is aimed at actively promoting fashionable, healthy and environmentally friendly life notions, and pushing forward the national fitness program, thereby sharing happy life. Participants will feel the special charm of the Sports Center while participating in the fierce competition.

       In order to satisfy the requirements of multilevel participants, this Challenge has various group setups, which greatly enhance the participating enthusiasm of running and riding fans. Non-professional citizens can also participate in this event and challenge themselves. This Challenge adopts the form of ‘running-riding-running’. For the group setups, it is classified into full course age-group, relay group, iron-kids/experience group and running group; for the distance, mileage for full course age-group and relay group is 42km, iron-kids/experience group is 14km, and running group is 12km; For the tracks, inner and outer ring roads used in the previous Challenge will still be used in this Challenge. The running section is the outer roads of the Sports Center, whose lap is 4km; the riding section is the inner enclosed track, whose lap is 2km; for the registration, the number of participants for this challenge is limited to be 300, and the running group is limited to be 150.        This Running and Riding Challenge will adopt live internet broadcast, which will enable running and riding fans that are not on the spot to feel the charm of this Challenge in a close way. Participants will be faced with duel test of stamina and endurance, and embrace the nature and surpass themselves with positive attitudes during the course.
