The Selection Team of China Men’s National U20 Football Team Held Its Base Training in the Sports Center to Prepare for Tokyo Olympic Games
In order to prepare for Asian Zone qualifiers for 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, and in accordance with CFA’s competition plan, the selection team of China Men’s National U20 Football Team decided to organize training starting from October 15, 2017 to December 10, 2017. The team started training in Dalian Sports Center on October 15, and will come to German for training and participate in German Regional Southwest League from November 10 to December 10.
Since October 15, coaches, including Jihai Sun, leader of the coaching team for China Men’s National U20 Football Team and the former national football team player, players and working staff have arrived at the Sports Center. During the training, the Phoenix Hotel·Media Center of the Sports Center will provide catering and accommodation services for them. The team trainings will be held on the outer fields of the Sports Center and in the training center of Dalian Yifang Football Club. It is learned that the team will stay in the Sports Center for trainings until the beginning of November, the contents of which will include refresher trainings, technical trainings, physical trainings, internal trainings, etc. The Sports Center will provide guarantee for their life in a thoughtful manner, maintain the training fields, and provide quality services for them.
Since opened to the public, Dalian Sports Center has become the training base and home field of Dalian football teams for CFA Super League, CFA China League and CFA Women’s Super League, and successfully accommodated national football teams and provided approximately 20 trainings for them, e.g. Chinese Men’s National Soccer Team, China Youth Team, Men’s national Futsal Team, Women’s national Futsal Team, etc. Moreover, the Sports Center has undertaken more than 100 matches for CFA Team China International Football Match, CFA Cup, National Women’s Football Championship, National Futsal Championship, National Youth Super League, etc. Rich football events and training activities have laid foundation for it to become the summer training base in Northeast China.
