The Sports Center Give out ‘Red Envelopes of Sports’ to Encourage Citizens to
Participate in Physical Fitness Activity
A year’s plan starts with spring. Spring is a great time for physical fitness activities. The new-year fitness curtain has been raised. In order to call for fitness fans to participate in national fitness campaign, and benefit from sports facilities, the Sports Center launched the first-wave favorable activity at the start of 2017 via WeChat Pay, to invite citizens to share ‘Red Envelopes of Sports’.
From March 1 to 12, citizens can pay expenses for fitness activities in stadiums, swimming pool, TEBON SECURITIES Dalian Tennis Center (Tennis Center) and Damai Center (Stadium) via ‘Scan QR Code’ on WeChat at the reception desk. Any consumption reaches CNY 10 will be entitled to a random discount right off the top. It is 100% opportunity to get discount, the maximum amount is CNY 100 knocked right off.
During the activity, every week each user is
entitled to a maximum of 3 times of favorable discounts. Quota for favorable
weekly discounts is limited. First come first get till all gives out. More

It is known that from March 1, the opening
hours for the natatorium will be prolonged, 1:00 PM-8:30PM for each Monday,
Wednesday and Friday, 11:00AM-8:30PM for each Saturday and Sunday. It will be

Tips for fitness in spring:
It is important
to choose appropriate fitness methods in spring. Avoid dripping with sweat if
you do sports in spring. Moderate walking after meals can promote gastrointestinal movement and strengthen digestion.
Exercise time shall not be too long. 20-30 minutes’ walk after meals can warm
up your body and promote blood circulation; swimming has good effects in terms
of strengthening cardiac and pneumonic functions,
decreasing the blood lipid level, enhancing body metabolic capacity,
increasing organism immunity and delaying senescence.
