Serial “Warm-up” Activities to Be Held for 2016 Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open

       Before the startup of 2016 Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open, the Sports Center will hold serial warm-up activities for this event. Lovely tennis baby selection, highly competitive volunteer recruitment, relaxed summer tennis camp, fiery field carnival…colorful online and offline activities will enable tennis fans and sport fans of all ages to fully experience the charm of tennis, heightening the atmosphere for the spectacular upcoming event.

       This is the second year for Dalian to hold Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open. As the international tennis event of the largest scale and highest level in the Northeast China, Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open attracts world’s top professional tennis players to participate in and in the meantime it attracts more and more attention from tennis fans. The most important group of audience for a tennis event is that made up of “tennis fans”. Therefore, in line with the event organization principle of “joint participation by all citizens”, starting from May, the Organization Committee will carry out thematic activities especially targeting at tennis fans and citizens. Together with International Fashion Shopping Center Galleria and local travel service platform Quanzai Car Hailing App., the Sports Center will co-sponsor a series of activities such as Tennis Baby Selection, Volunteer Recruitment, Summer Tennis Camp, etc., which will provide a stage for children, university students and super fans of all ages to show themselves. In this way, the tennis fans can become a part of the professional tennis event. Moreover, during the event of this year, carnival will be held focusing on tennis. It is an opportunity for tennis fans to experience colorful and interesting tennis activities and directly interact with tennis players.

       It is known that Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open will be held in Tebon Securities Dalian Tennis Center (Dalian Sports Center-Tennis Center) from September 5 to 11. The world’s top female tennis players will gather in Dalian at that time to spend a passionate summer with tennis fans, which will encourage all tennis lovers, men or women, old or young, to grab their tennis rackets and experience tennis sport.
