LOGO Collection Activity of Dalian Female International Tennis Open in 2015
The 2015 Dalian Female International Tennis Open jointly hosted by Dalian Sports Bureau, Dalian Xinghaiwan Management Center and Dalian Lingnan Sports Center Management Stock Co., Ltd. Will be held at Debang Securities Dalian Tennis Center (Dalian Sports Center-Tennis Center) from Sept. 7, 2015 to Sept. 13, 2015.
Dalian Female International Tennis Open is the largest and most professional international tennis match in the northeast of China, and it is also the first time for WTA match stationing in China. We hope to collect the LOGO online to stimulate inspirations and passions of citizens. At the same time, we also intend to provide a wide platform for design amateurs to show their skills. So we hereby organize a LOGO collection activity of “Tennis meeting, sharing happiness together” of Dalian Female International Tennis Open. Related matters are shown as follows:
I. Creating Requirements
1. Theme: Standing out “Tennis”, “Fashion” and “National fitness”
2. The pattern shall be clear, brief, elegant and suitable for publication purposes.
3. The works shall be equipped with rich connotation and unique originality. The composition of a picture shall be outstanding and colorful in order to stand out the high artistic appeal and visual impact.
4. The originality shall be clear and furnished with rich connotation and easy to spread and create.
5. The registration works and any other work shall not violate the intellectual property of the third party.
II. Application Requirements
1. Work application can be in name of an individual or a group. The work shall be a plat and colorful drawing; the application work shall be submitted by electrical version and be attached with name, contact, creation explanation of applicant and attached with high-quality jpg-format electrical documentation.
2. The image resolution shall not be lower than 300dpi (pixel/inch), height ×width shall not be more than 1200×3000 pixel, and it shall be in JPG or TIF format; after selection, complete and available VI system shall be provided.(AI, CDR format vector diagram)
3. The Identification of applicant shall include name, ID card No., contact, and shall be attached in the WORD attachment, which shall not appear in the design document.
III. Delivery Method
Please send the work at the email address: tiyuzhongxinwta@163.com (please indicate the words of “2015 Dalian Female International Tennis Open LOGO”), the sole application method is by email, other methods are all invalid, including fax and send by mail.
IV. Deadline
Jun. 15, 2015
V. Approach of selection
The work will be firstly selected by committee of Dalian Female International Tennis Open, and then the work with most votes from WeChat platform of Dalian Sports Center will be regard as final winner (one copy). The work which wins the match will inform the author.
VI. Encouragement Approaches
In accordance with principle of publicity, fairness, equity, we established a identification professor review group to assess all the application works. A work will be chosen as the winner and issued of 5000 Yuan as reward, the tax will be born by the author.
VII. Intellectual Property
The work which has been chosen will be published and used at official websites of Dalian Sports Center(http://www.dlsportscenter.com) and 2015 Dalian Female International Tennis Open, WeChat platform of “Dalian Sports Center” and Sina microblog of “Dalian Lingnan Sports Center”. The author of work shall sign a LOGO Copyright Transfer Agreement with the company. All the intellectual properties (including, but not limited to copyright, and all the properties of plat, three-dimensional or electrical work) shall belong to Dalian Lingnan Sports Center Management Co., Ltd.
VIII. Cautions
1. The author shall not issue or release the work prior to the announcement of the result.
2. Dalian Lingnan Sports Center Management Stock Co., Ltd. may reserve all the right for the final explanation related to the LOGO collection activity.
