According to the training work arrangement of company in 2014, on December 26th, the comprehensive department of company specially invited Sun Yan, lecturer of Garment College of Dalian Polytechnic University, providing lesson 2 of the training about reception and service etiquette for all the staff.
By utilizing vivid examples and humorous explanations, the lecturer instilled manners and etiquette, code of conduct, service consciousness and idea for all the staff, cultivated good spiritual outlook, established good impression of appearance, made the behaviors of all the stuff better meet the psychological requirements of guests, for the purpose of optimizing service quality and beautifying and promoting the overall image of Dalian Sports Center.
