Dalian Gymnasium Training Hall Opening for Free Every Wednesday

Reporter learnt from Zhongsheng Center yesterday that to promote development of the national fitness programs and to respond to the national call of opening the public sport facilities to public for free, Zhongsheng Center (Dalian Gymnasium) Training Hall is now officially opened to the public with programs covering table tennis and badminton and is opening to the citizen every Wednesday all day long (as of the end of January 2015 the Center will be also opened for free all day for every Saturday).
Zhongsheng Center Training Hall is located in Dalian Sports Center, steeped in a thick fitness atmosphere, being the best fitness and recreation site for the citizens of northern Dalian. Well-equipped with excellent facilities, the professional sport flooring combined with international standard tables ensures an excellent sports experience with superb safety factor. Apart from the table tennis and badminton, the venue can be used for multiple indoor activities and reservations also being available for private activities by enterprises and institutions.
Except for opening the venue for the public, Zhongsheng Center is planning to hold public sports lectures and fitness skills training in 2015 to provide guidance and assistance in terms of sports and fitness for the citizen, as well as table tennis trainings for students in primary and middle schools during winter and summer vacations to rich their after-school lives of entertainment and culture. Meanwhile a national fitness and health monitoring station is also going to be established by the venue to provide physical monitoring services for the public.
