In order to enhance the employees’ awareness on fire safety, create a good environment for the fire safety, popularize employees’ fire safety knowledge, and prevent and reduce all kinds of fire accidents, on the morning of November 13, 2014, the commissioner Chang Zheng of Ganjingzi District Fire Brigade was invited to conduct fire safety knowledge training on all the employees. 

       During the training, the instructor Chang started from the understanding of fire, explaining the significance of fire safety work to all the employees, telling the classification, grading of the fire, and some common causes of the fire. Secondly, Chang focused on the basic principles and skills of fire prevention and extinguishing, and other common sense on fire safety, including how to use fire equipments, fire control laws and regulations, how to put out the fire in its initial stage, how to save and rescue etc., he also taught us the precautions about how to call the police correctly, how to put out the fire in its initial stage, save and rescue, and organizing the evacuation, and how to use the fire equipments. Additionally, he instructed relevant personnel to strengthen fire safety management, modify and perfect fire safety system and fire fighting and rescue plan. Finally, he showed the case video of 7.16 Fire Accident of Dalian New Port, which deepened the employees’ understanding on fire hazard and destructiveness. 

       Through this training, the employees have a further understanding of fire safety knowledge, and firmly established the consensuses on fire prevention in all respects, fire prevention at every turn, fire prevention at any time, and avoidance of fire hazard.
