At 15:30 on Saturday this week, Dalian Albin Team will meet the first home match of China Super League for the season of 2014 , that is, playing with Beijing Guoan. On the eve of the Spring Festival of the Horse Year, Dalian Albin Club reached an agreement with Dalian Sports Center formally, determining to migrate the home of the football team for matches in the new season to the Sports Stadium of Dalian Sports Center.
The design of the Sports Stadium is dynamically elegant with the appearance adopting the same membrane structure as the “Water Cube” in Beijing. The superficial ETFE membrane material endows the stadium with more multi-sided expressive force. Through the combination of white and blue colors, changes like sea waves, the regional characteristics and football culture of Dalian are sufficiently embodied. In the evening, each LED color lamp with air pillow decoration shines to exhibit a dreamlike effect. The night light effect can match Allianz Arena in Germany and “London Bowl”.
It is known that during Albin home match, the lower stand will be opened in principle, which can hold a maximum of 28,232 viewers.
During the matches of China Super League, the Sports Stadium of the Municipal Sports Center will open two big staircases, through which football fans can see the platform outside the stand and then find the stand entrances that their football tickets correspond to. It is known that the first floor stand has a total of 34 entrances, outside almost each of which there are toilets which are quite convenient for football fans. Besides, there area wheelchair positions specially reserved on the stand for disabled football fans with a good angle.
New battle formation
There are the most changes on back and forward lines.
In the season of 2014, Ma Lin, who comes from Dalian, has led the new coach groups to enter and host Albin. The main framework of the football team has also had a great change, with such four foreign aids as Bruno, Akram, Backman and Benko having been newly introduced and Zhang Jiaqi, a domestic aid coming back from studying overseas, having joined in.
In the new season, what has the greatest change in Albin is the back line. Except the position of the goalkeeper Zhang Chong, all other positions have changes. The previous main center back combination was Mu Lun and Jin Pengxiang. However, with Backman joining and Yang Boyu recovering from injury, the two persons hold the main center back positions stably. The fullback combination in the last season was Chen Lei on the left and Zhao Hejing on the right. Now the combination has been changed to Li Xuepeng and Zhao Honglue. On the forward line, Albin assigned two foreign aids in the first match to start. Bruno, a forward from Brazil, helped Albin to draw with Hangzhou Lucheng with a goal of world wave on his first debut. Though Benko had no goal, he showed some personal ability and tactic quality.
In respect of midfield, as the physical condition of Akram, a foreign aid from Iraq having just joined in, has not reached the match requirement, Lu Peng, Zhu Xiaogang will act as double defending midfielders. The two wing halfbacks are Yu Hanchao and Yu Dabao. Besides, considering from recent training, Li Xuepeng will change from left back to defending midfielder, Zhao Honglue will change from right back to left back, Yang Boyu will act as right back. Jin Pengxiang and Backmen, who did not show in the last round, will act as center halfback partners.

As the Municipal Sports Center is quite far from the city center, the best choice for those football fans without private cars to go to watch the match is by taking a bus. To facilitate the broad football fans to watch the match, Dalian Association for Football Fans, Xiangbin 39-degree Association for Football Fans and Dengshahe Association of Dalian Union for Football Fans will open multiple bus lines to transport football fans to go to watch the match.

No. 1 line: The departure location is at the southern gate of the original sports stadium (around 100m eastward from Minyun Police Station), the bus will go directly to the football field of Dalian Sports Center. The stations it will stop on return are Paoai New Village, Zhoushuiqian, Liujiaqiao, Chunliu, Chejia Village, Xianggong Street, Shahekou Railway Station, Xinggong Street, Xi’an Road, Jiefang Square and Heping Square which is the terminus.

In comparison with the original old sports stadium in Dalian which is located in the downtown golden section, the new sports center is a bit remote with bus transportation not very convenient. Therefore, those football fans with cars can drive to the football field. There are sufficient parking spaces in the sports center and nearby places to satisfy the need of football fans to drive by themselves to watch the match. 。
At present, the city residents wanting to go through the bus transportation system to the Sports Center can only take the bus from Xingye Street to Qipan New Village and get off at Keli Stop and then walk northward for some time to arrive there. During the period of the National Sports Meet last year, the bus transit authority opened 6 temporary line to go directly or pass by the New Sports Town, which greatly facilitated those city residents going to watch matches on the spot. It is known that related authority is planning to newly build 8 bus transit hubs in the future three years, among which one hub is New Sports Town. At that time, it will be more convenient for football fans to go to the home to watch football matches.
Under the present condition with bus transportation not convenient, those football fans with cars can choose to drive themselves to watch matches in the football field. During the matches of China Super League, the Municipal Sports Center will provide 3,000 plus parking spaces on first come first served basis to solve the problem that football fans are difficult to park cars.
