Last week, the Sports Center put into formal use of WeChat Public Platform Service Number and started to sell smart cards. After registering with the WeChat Platform, fitness fans can be entitled to services like online reservation and account management. Payment with one card for each stadium of the Sports Center can be realized by one smart card. By binding smart cards to WeChat Service Number, online recharge can be realized. Such smart cards have fulfilled ‘Sports benefits the people’, and will lead more citizens to come to the Sports Center, promote sports consumption, and encourage sustainable development of ‘fitness for all’.

       Since implementation of WeChat online services and smart cards, the Sports Center have been constantly improving backstage services. In order to encourage WeChat followers to know about online services, and understand users’ appeals, the Sports Center has devised one set of ‘in-depth’ awarded questionnaire on WeChat platform. Questionnaire forms include not only single choices, multiple choices, and fill-in-the-blank questions but also scoring; questionnaire contents not only include personal information, WeChat services and binding of smart cards but also restaurants, WeChat promotion, complimentary tickets, and advertising. Choices of questions are common, mysterious, or literary. Though small in quantity, each question represents the development trends of the future of the Sports Center. These constructive suggestions require joint participation of citizens, thus called ‘in-depth’ questionnaire.

       Up until 9 February, follow us on WeChat Public Platform ‘Dalian Sports Center Club’, and click on ‘More information-awarded questionnaire’. After the activity, the Sports Center will select randomly 10 participants from fans who have participated in the survey, and award each one of them with two experience tickets for the warm-up pool of the Natatorium. You are welcome to participate, and give us suggestions.
