       With the final whistle of the ‘Sports Center’ basketball match, it came to a formal end of the 1st Dalian Morning Star Basketball Winter Training Campaign. In this winter vocation, junior participants actively participated, trainees gave meticulous instructions, and the staff provided elaborate service and guarantee, which will be an enlightening basketball experience of great significance to teenagers.

       Starting from January of this year, Dalian Morning Star Basketball Winter Training Campaign lasted for 30 days. 45 primary school and junior high school students aged 8-18 participated in this first training. Combined with the team sport features of basketball and drawing on the method of training goes together with pleasure, teenagers’ motion perception capacity has been trained. During the course of feeling the charm of basketball, they have felt the team atmosphere, found joy in struggling and team spirits. In this way, teenagers have been guided to develop the fine qualities of making improvements, being brave and overcoming difficulties. Through the superb carrier of basketball, children can receive great positive energy.

       Morning Star training campaign has first-class trainees who have titles ‘Dalian Outstanding Basketball Coach’, ‘National First-class Basketball Referee’, etc. There is one foreign trainee from Senegal who is used to be a professional basketball player. His team won champions of Senegalese Basketball Championship for two times, and champion of Moroccan Basketball Championship. He said that, ‘through this training, I see children’s passion towards basketball. This is because they love basketball that they are devoted to learning to play basketball.’ Trainers are grateful to their trainees for their impartation of basketball knowledge and skills, and they also love their imparting methods.

       Dalian Morning Star Basketball Winter Training Campaign is the first basketball training campaign since Dalian Sports Center was open to the public. The comprehensive stadium has shown great operation capacity in terms of basketball court arrangement and staff scheduling during the campaign. By coordinating various resources, it has provided trainers with sound learning environment.

       In order to enable teenagers to receive high-level and professional training, Morning Star Basketball Training Campaign has decided to open summer campaign in summer vacation. By organizing communication matches against other teams, setting up the link of parent-child basketball graphite, etc., children can access to the substantial and beautiful sports world.
