New-form Running Style Re-ignites the Citizens’ Passion towards Fitness
“How long have you run today?” has recently become a topic for chatting between friends. When talking about running, people will all regard it as a kind of ordinary sport. However, it is now no longer just a sport, and has turned into a group social activity and a kind of culture. Looking back on the two popular running competitions held in 2015, i.e. BIN-GO·RUN FOR FUN and Budweiser Vibe Run, new-form running style has re-ignited the citizens’ passion towards fitness.
More than 1,000 fans have participated in BIN-GO·RUN FOR FUN and experienced the “Colorful Summer”. Moreover, the Sports Center invited 20 families with members suffering from autism-spectrum disorders to participate, provided them with areas for sales of goods for charity and carried out interactive activities for them. In addition, a colorful journey with love was opened for “Children from the Stars”; on the Nationwide Fitness Day of 2015 (August 8th), many stadiums and fields of the Sports Center was open for free or at a lower price in the daytime, and the Sports Center organized Budweiser Vibe Run at dusk. The running fans with fantastic lighting equipment complete the full distance, which was an innovative, trendy and awesome running experience. The innovation and public significance of the two activities attracted considerable number of fitness enthusiasts of all ages.
