As reported by this newspaper, the Albin Team home matches of China Super League and Football Association Cup in Dalian Division for the season of 2014 will take place in the Sports Stadium of the Municipal Sports Center from Mar. 15, 2014 to December (to be specifically determined according to matches). During that period, 15 matches of China Super League and at least 2 matches of Football Association Cup will be held. To ensure the smooth carrying out of all match activities and the road traffics around the stadium to be safe and clear, an announcement is made hereunder according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of PRC:
I. During the match days, the following measures will be taken to limit part of the roads around the Municipal Sports Center:
（I）All vehicles are prohibited to park on the internal ring road of the Sports Center, within 30 meters of all entrances and exits of the Sports Center, from Chuanling Road to Lingxi Road from the east side of the Northwest Road, the Northwest section on Lanling Road to No. 5 Road of the Sports Stadium and the sidewalks on both sides of the above road sections.
（II）Trucks over 5 tons（inclusive）are prohibited to drive on Lingxi Road, No. 5 Road of the Sports Center, Lanling Road and from Tuge to new cement road section on the Northwest Road.
（III）During admission, all vehicles are prohibited to drive and park on the internal ring road of the Sports Center, from the Northwest Road to No. 5 Road of the Sports Center on Lanling Road. During emptying period, the section from Lingxi Road to Chuanling Road on the Northwest Road will be adjusted to one-way road for driving from north to south, depending on the situation.
During the admission period, viewers driving themselves can choose three lines to the Municipal Sports Center: Shugang Road, Northwest Road; Dongkuai Road, the ramp at Dalian North Station, Yaojia Road, Lanling Road; Donglian Road, Huadong Road (turning left under the bridge), Gannan Road Bridge, Lingxi Road. When parking, choose respectively according to the traffic signs the peripheral far-end sections that influence no traffic on the parking lot on the west side of the Sports Center on the Northwest Road, both sides of Lingxi Road, the parking lot on the north side of Lingxi Road, both sides of No. 5 Road of the Sports Stadium, etc. On emptying, return according the original roads on the above lines.
II. The pubic security and traffic management authority will adjust and limit the time and scope according to the activity spot situation.
III. Drivers and pedestrians should observe the traffic sign indications on the spot and obey the directions of polices. Any who violates this announcement will be punished by law by the public security and traffic management authority.
IV. Views and residents along the lines going to the spot are requested to arrange their travel lines rationally beforehand.
Lines that can be chosen by those city residents driving themselves to watch matches:
Line 1: Shugang Road, Northwest Road;
Line 2: Dongkuai Road, the ramp at Dalian North Station, Yaojia Road, Lanling Road;
Line 3: Donglian Road, Huadong Road (turning left under the bridge), Gannan Road Bridge, Lingxi Road.
Parking areas for viewers driving themselves:
1. Enter into Parking Lot P1 from Gate 9, Gate 10;
2. Enter into the Parking Lot P2 from Gate 8;
3. Both sides of Northwest Road (in the north of Lingxi Road);
4. Parking Lot P3 on both sides and north side of Lingxi Road;
5. Both sides of No. 5 Road of the Sports Center
Police Hints for Dalian Division
Matches of national football league (in Dalian division) for 2014 will take place in the Sports Stadium of Dalian Sports Center from Mar. 15 to Oct. 29. To maintain a good order in the stadium and ensure the personal safety of broad football fans, the police reminds you to pay attention to the following matters:
Hint I: Observe laws, regulations, social morals and public order conscientiously, take a good care of women, children, old and disabled people and embody really the good spiritual outlook of the city residents of Dalian.
Hint II: Preserve articles with you well, do not bring parcels as possible as you can to prevent articles from loss or being stolen or taken away.
Hint IV: Tickets should be bought at designated points. Such illegal acts as speculative reselling of tickets, etc. will be severely punished by the public security.
Hint IV: Thirty minutes before a match is the peak period for admission. Please evade the peak admission period. Viewers should enter by tickets and take their seats according to the numbers thereon. Do not crowd lest there should be any stampede incident.
Hint V: Coordinate conscientiously with public security polices and our working staffs to open bags for safety checking and inspect tickets. It is prohibited to bring inflammable and explosive articles, guns and ammunitions, controlled knifes, propaganda materials with insulting contents, laser pointers, beverage with soft and hard packages and other articles that can be used to throw; it is prohibited to bring various pets in; drunk people are prohibited to enter; it is prohibited to purchase and bring balloons filled with hydrogen and other toys to prevent accidents.
Hint VI: During match, vast football fans should keep calm and resist various uncivilized acts. It is prohibited to have such illegal acts as throwing articles in the field, letting off firecrackers (including cold fireworks), burning articles, etc.; it is prohibited to go to other stand by jumping over net and jump into the field; it is prohibited to stand on walkways or lie on railings to watch match; it is prohibited to cry out or exhibit any slogan of challenging, insulting nature.
Hint VII: The public security authority will use cameras to have an all-round monitor for the full time length over all stands. In the meantime, police forces in plainclothes will be provided on all stands to catch on the spot those illegal people throwing articles into the field and have such illegal acts as throwing sundries into the field, etc. punished according to the Public Security Punishment Law of PRC. Any football fan having a detaining punishment will not be allowed to watch similar matches in the Sports Stadium within 12 months.
Hint VIII: After a match is over, leave orderly without stay. It is prohibited to besiege and intercept coaches, players, working staffs and football fans for the guest team. Without prior approval of the public security authority, no organization and individual are allowed to hold any celebration.
Hint IX: Be sure to obey the direction and diversion made by the traffic polices on the spot. Cars should be parked orderly. Do not put any valuable articles in cars. Confirm that car windows are closed. Be sure to leave after locking your car door.
Hint X: In case of any emergency, ask help from polices on duty on the spot or dial 110 to report police.

Football fans can choose to take buses to watch football match on the spot

The match fire of China Super League in the new season has been lit up. The first Albin home match will start on the Sports Stadium of Dalian Sports Center on Mar. 15 (Saturday). In the new season, Dalian Association for Football Fans and Dalian Association for Die-hard Football Fans will support and serve for every football fan friend as usual. As the Sports Center is quite far from the city center and there is no corresponding bus transportation in operation, Dalian Association for Football Fans, in order to facilitate the broad football fans to be able to go back and forth smoothly by bus between the city center and football field to watch football matches, decided to open two lines this year to transport football fans to watch matches. At the same time, it will be ensured that those football fans taking buses for them to watch football matches on the spot will be able to buy football tickets with a good position.
No. 1 line: The departure point is located at the south gate of the original municipal stadium (around 100m eastward from Minyun Police Station). The stations to be stopped on the return trip are sequentially: Paoai New Village, Zhoushuiqian, Liu Jiaqiao, Chunliu, Chejia Village, Xianggong Street, Shahekou Railway Station, Xinggong Street, Xian Road, Jiefang Square and Heping Square.
No. 2 line: The departure point is located at the south gate of the original municipal stadium (around 100m eastward from Minyun Police Station). The stations to be stopped on the return trip are sequentially: Nanguanling, Golden Sunlight Home, Huanan Walmart, Qianshan Road, Hualian at Golden Triangle, Dafang, Gongren Village, Wuyi Square, Olympic Square. The above two bus lines will go directly to the Municipal Sports Center without stopping midway on the journey to the destination.
Besides, the tickets for the Albin home match with Guoan this week will be for sale from tomorrow.
Ticket selling point: in Dalian Guobuli Dumpling Restaurant at No. 44, Baoan Street, Zhongshan District (from 8:30 to 17:00 on Mar. 14), the south gate of the original Renmin Sports Stadium (the departure point for buses for football fans from 9:00 to 14:30 on Mar. 15).
