As the spring warmth approaches, the season for sports and exercises has also come. Fitness enthusiasts will call friends to engage in fitness activities together and amateur sports events will also sprout up. On March 25, hosted by Dalian Huatong Auto Audio Club, ‘Huatong Cup’ Badminton Tournament was rounded off in the Comprehensive Stadium of the Sports Center. The sponsor provided teams with exquisite car audio as gifts. This Tournament attracted 18 teams and more than one hundred players to participate in and created an arena for badminton enthusiasts.

       Teams signed up for this tournament are from large badminton clubs across the city, including Count of Monte Cristo Team, Liaoning Normal University Team, Economic and Technological Development Zone Rock and Roll Band Team, Selene Team, Huatong Auto Audio Team, etc. On the site, many old rivals would compete with each other across the nets. As balls turned into dynamic birds flying over the badminton courts, all players were into games with full mental state. On the badminton courts, players sprinkled with sweat. They sometimes ran, sometimes jumped, sometimes smashed powerfully, and sometimes hit drop shots, striving to play at optimal levels. Court-side cheerleaders were also passionate, cheering up their players. There were frequent applause, cheers, and laughter coming from the courts, which showed friendly and heated atmosphere.

       This badminton tournament has created the sense of ‘professionals’ for participants not only in facilities, schedule and rules but also in services. In this year, the Sports Center will as always organize and guarantee the mass events, and satisfy the citizens’ demands towards personalized and diversified sports activities, thereby making contributions to the fitness for all.
