In order to better promote the youth handball sport in China, endeavor to create local brand event, improve mutual exchanges and study of Taiwan, Mainland and international players, and strengthen friendly cooperation between regional associations, 2017 China Sports Lotteries Cup International Youth Handball Summer Camp (Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao), sponsored by Chinese Handball Association, undertaken by Dalian Municipal Sports Bureau and Dalian Sports Center, will be held in the Sports Center from July 14 to July 17.

       It is learned that this summer camp is open for registration of youth handball players in national conventional schools and promotional schools. The competition is set up with such 4 groups as male elementary school group, female elementary school group, male secondary school group, and female secondary school group. A total number of 19 teams from Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao,Taiwan, Denmark, etc., will participate in this competition. It will be an event with colorful activity contents, including trainings, competitions, handball cultural exchanges, city visit, closing ceremony gala, etc.

       This summer camp is not only the first time for the Sports Center to hold handball summer camp but also the first time to accommodate youth players from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries. The Sports Center will also make good preparations, e.g. competition organization, cultural exchanges, celebration and fellowship activity, food and accommodation guarantee, etc, for this event with quality service. This summer camp activity will establish a platform for youth players in different regions to make friends through handball, strengthen communication, and share the happiness from handball, thereby promoting the development of handball sports.
